OUR STORY
2014
Shenzhen Kangjuhong Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Baoan, Shenzhen with an area of 150 square meters. We specialize in the R&D and production of LED indoor products. Our boss is responsible for R&D, production and sales.
2015
With the growth of the company's business, we moved to Huangtian, Xixiang, Bao'an , Shenzhen where has 1,500 square meters area. We have an independent research and development team for power supplies, a power supply workshop and a lighting assembly workshop. The management team has 10 people and 50 production staff. Mainly engaged in the production of power supplies, panel lights, and downlights.
2016
With the growth of company business again, we moved to Zhanqi Industrial Zone, Houting, Shajing, Baoan, Shenzhen. The factory area is 3,000 square meters now. Base on the original production lines, a SMT workshop was added to realize a complete production system from power supply design, SMT, and lamp assembly. Step by step, steadily improve the management and production system. Annual shipment reached 600,000pcs indoor lamps.
2017
With the continuous growth of our company and our business, we moved to the East Community of Songgang, Bao'an, Shenzhen The area is 4,000 square meters which is an independent factory building, hired100 production staff, 20 R&D and management staff.
2018
In order to improve the complete production, Shenzhen Xinwang Precision Hardware Co., Ltd. was set up and participated in Shenzhen Demao Die-Casting Co., Ltd. We realized the independent production of lamp hardware and accessories.
2019－2022
Under the influence of new environment, changes of international relations, tariff increase, rising raw materials, shortage of materials, and the attack of COVID-19 have caused economic recession all over the world, and have pressed the suspension of communication between worldwide friends. However, we insist on making high quality products, , offering good customer service, and adhering to the business philosophy of people-oriented, honest operation, mutual trust and mutual benefit, insist on not reducing staff, taking due social responsibility, and constantly investing in products Research and development, improving quality, increasing product line, and functional innovation, finally our company passed through three difficult years.
OUR ADVANTAGES
Production
Our company has own hardware factory, own power supplies R&D center and and workshop, and advanced led lights manufacturing facilities including auto soldering machine, SMT machines,, die casting machine,CNC machine laser machines, and electric testing device such as integrating spheres and distribution photometer. There are more than 10 low voltage aging lines to meet a monthly production capacity 500,000pcs led lamps.
R&D Team
KJH Tech devoted itself to developing new products with state-of-the-art technologies. We have more than 10 R&D engineers who have abundant experience in appearance design, circuit design, electric driver, optical lens design and light control system research. Most of our products are self design with private moulds, and UL,TUV,CE,RoHS certified.
Q&C
Our QC team was professionally trained to ensure the quality of all the products. There are advanced equipments to test electronic and optical characteristics, waterproof and anti-corrosion function etc. We strictly implement IS09001 management process. We will fully inspect our products and 24hours aging before shipping.
